We are committed to keeping your shipping and handling fees low. We only charge you our cost for shipping and a minimal packaging fee based on the order.
Yes, the images and other details are exchanged primarily through email. We can accept JPEG, PDF, PNG. Contact Gregg before submitting other file types

Yes, we will email an image for you to approve before we start engraving.
Yes, with certain provisions understood we will engrave them on your item. We take great care in engraving ‘foreign’ materials. As with any product, there is always a risk. Please consult with Gregg at (660) 492-6050 for any concerns or questions.
We provide discounted rates to schools, churches, EMS, hospitals, non-profit organizations and other groups only for the purpose of a fundraising campaign. Contact Gregg regarding eligibility.
